Ingredients
  • 142g pkg sushi-grade seared wild tuna
  • 1 cucumber – sliced thick
  • 2 tsp black truffle oil
Garnishes:
  • sesame seeds black & white
  • radish
  • green onions/chives
  • peashoot
Instructions
  1. If your tuna is not already seared & sliced, then do so. Sear for about 30 seconds per side in a hot oiled pan (or until desired level of cooked), then remove from pan & place in an ice bath to stop cooking. Pat dry and slice.

  2. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top of the uncooked side (they will stick better to the tuna).

  3. Alternate slices of cucumber with tuna & drizzle with black truffle oil.
  4. Top with green onions/chives, spiralized radish, peashoots, and more sesame seeds if desired. Serve immediately. Refrigerate any unused portions to keep the tuna fresh.
  5. Take a moment to admire your creation then enjoy!!
