
An elegant appetizer that is sure to impress!
If your tuna is not already seared & sliced, then do so. Sear for about 30 seconds per side in a hot oiled pan (or until desired level of cooked), then remove from pan & place in an ice bath to stop cooking. Pat dry and slice.
Sprinkle sesame seeds on top of the uncooked side (they will stick better to the tuna).
